Hi all
How do you proper package your pcb's to be stiff and ready for shipping?

Anti-static bag for the PCB, plenty of bubble-wrap and a double skin cardboard box with at least 2cm clearance between the edges of the PCB and the sides of the box to allow for squashing.

For MVS carts two or three layers of bubble-wrap and a decent cardboard box.

Cabs : 2 * Leisure 2000, 2 * Euro 25, 1 * Vewlix, 1 * Sega Rally 3.

I learnt from the best Italian sellers. A load of used toilet roll in a carrier bag usually does the job*

Unfortunately, not far from the truth with some sellers.
The last PCB I bought was in a decent enough box but with a small amount of bubble wrap (not anti-static) and some scrunched up newspaper between the PCB and the box sides.

The worst I have ever received was a Do! Run Run PCB loose in a card backed envelope. The envelope was damaged as well.
But the PCB is still working ten years later...
